La commessa rappresenta uno degli interventi prioritari fra gli investimenti di rete, sia per la strategicità delle relazioni che interessa (corridoio europeo D Lisbona-Kiev) sia per i benefici che apporta in termini di produttività e di qualità del servizio. Il rinnovo tecnologico ha permesso di dotarsi di una tecnologia flessibile migliorando le prestazioni impiantistiche complessive e di ottenere i massimi livelli di potenzialità della direttrice interessata accentrando e coordinando le due attività portanti del sistema di circolazione, quali il Controllo della marcia dei treni e la Manutenzione delle linee. E’ stato previsto il rinnovo della gran parte degli impianti di segnalamento di stazione e di linea e l’integrazione di alcuni impianti di recente realizzazione, oltre alla realizzazione di un sistema di supervisione per la gestione centralizzata della circolazione e la diagnostica integrata sugli impianti della linea Torino-Padova. Da Tesifer sono stati effettuati per Ansaldo STS, Affidatario del contratto, i servizi per supporto alla progettazione definitiva di sistemi di comando e controllo di impianti AccM nonché progettazione definitiva ed esecutiva di dettaglio degli impianti SCMT per i Moduli 1 , 2 e 4.

di una linea che nacque oltre 40 anni fa e che oggi viene riportata ad essere uno dei più avanzati impianti ferroviari europei inserendola a pieno titolo nei corridoi interoperabili. Tale rinnovamento è mirato ad introdurre i più innovativi sistemi di segnalamento ferroviario attualmente utilizzati sulle linee AV/Ac italiane. Tali sistemi prevedono l’adozione dello standard ACCM per il controllo della via, dello standard Europeo interoperabile ERTMS|ETCS per il distanziamento dei treni senza segnali luminosi e della più avanzata versione dell’SSCM per il controllo della circolazione, della regolazione del traffico e della gestione della diagnostica. L’area oggetto del progetto si estende tra i PM di Rovezzano e il PC di Settebagni. comprendendo le tratte afferenti ai nuovi impianti. Da Tesifer sono stati effettuati per Hitachi, Affidatario del contratto, i servizi per supporto alla progettazione esecutiva del sistema SCMT di sistemi di comando, alla messa in servizio degli impianti ed assistenza alle Corse Prova.

da un sistema tradizionale con guidatore ad un sistema CBTC (Communication Based train control) completamente automatico. Hitachi, affidatario del contratto, ha incaricato la società Tesifer di realizzare le attività di Installation design coordinando la progettazione di tutti i sottosistemi, verificandone la congruenza e realizzando le tavole costruttive necessarie alla messa in servizio degli impianti. L’intera rete metropolita è formata da due anelli (Inner Circle e Outer Circle) di circa 10 km ciascuno e prevede 15 Stazioni con un piano interrato e un piano esterno, 5 sottostazioni all’esterno, 1 Deposito esterno. I sottosistemi CBCT interessati dal rinnovamento sono ATS (Automatic Train Supervision), ATP (Automatic Train Protection), ATO (Automatic Train Operation) e O&M (Operation and Mantenance). La società ha seguito l’intero sviluppo del progetto dalla fase di Rilievo in campo seguendo poi la progettazione di CD (Conceptual Design), DD (Detail Design), FD (Final Design), IFC (Issue for Costruction) fino alla emissione per As-built

Brennero base tunnel

The Verona - Innsbruck railway line constitutes a fundamental backbone for the connection between Italy and the countries of Northern Europe and is included in the North-South railway connection called TEN - Axis n. 1 Berlin-Verona / Milan-Bologna-Naples-Messina-Palermo. The construction of a new line, functionally parallel to the existing one, has the purpose of favoring the development of rail traffic along this corridor.

The new line will be equipped to carry out AV-AC services to facilitate interoperability between the networks concerned.

The Brenner Base Tunnel forms the central part of this railway corridor and together with the Innsbruck bypass (with a total length of 63 km) it is the longest railway tunnel in the world.

The configuration of the Tunnel includes two main single-track tunnels with a center distance of approximately 70 m, connected to each other every 333 m by means of transverse connecting tunnels.

The final project presented in 2008 includes an Austrian design lot and an Italy side design lot. The Austrian Lot includes the technical equipment of the Base Tunnel, from the North Portal located in Innsbruck to the vicinity of the South Portal (junction point with the Italian design lot), the connecting tunnels of the Innsbruck bypass and the interconnection with the Innsbruck Central Station.

The continuation of the design towards the South (Fortezza area, interconnection with the historic line and new construction line for Verona) is part of the Design lot on the Italy side

The designs carried out on this work are:

  • - Design of the "Strengthening of the Munich - Verona railway axis - Brenner Base Tunnel - Fortezza Station" awarded by the ATI formed by the companies "ITE ILF Ingegneri Consulenti Innsbruck - TAE Consulting Srl Bolzano - EUT Studio d'ingegneria Srl Bressanone ". Both TeSiFer and the ATOS company, in the person of Eng. V.Morelli, have performed for this ATI specialized services in the field of energy supply, TE, LFM, telecommunications and signaling. The total amount of the work was estimated at € 5.7 billion.
  • - System design, which was awarded the ATI "ILF Ingegneri Consulenti Innsbruck - Geodata Turin - HBI Zurich" with project leader Ing. Fischnaller of EUT. Both TeSiFer and the ATOS company, in the person of Eng. V.Morelli, have performed the respective specialist services for this ATI regarding:
    • o Optimization of the final design of the TE plants, Fortezza area (3 kV d.c.).
    • o Optimization of the Final Design of the TE Plants of the entire Base Tunnel (2x25 kV - a.c) and technological specifications.
    • o Evaluation of energy consumption for Electric Traction along the Brenner line through the use of a simulation model
    • o Standard processing and sizing of signaling and telecommunications systems in correspondence with the new PMF in Innsbruck on the Fortezza side and the PMF in Jodok.
  • Update of the final project of the Isarco Underpass, which was awarded to the ATI "ITE ILF Ingegneri Consulenti Innsbruck - TAE Consulting Srl Bolzano - EUT Studio d’ingegneria Srl Bressanone" for a work amount of 480 million euros. TeSifer and ATOS have performed their respective specialist services for this ATI regarding:
    • o Electric traction systems
    • o Signaling and telecommunication systems.
